Welcome to Burchett Artworks

Welcome and thank you for visiting my new and improved website, showcasing both graphite pencil drawings and folk art Americana paintings.  I am Kevin Burchett, a southern artist who was born, raised and residing in Commerce Georgia.  For me, drawing is art in its raw form.  It's not only a technical challenge but a time consuming piece to complete.  It's also a lot of fun to see what a pencil can do.  The colorful side of me as an artist has opened a door to paint folk art.  It is fun, colorful, and comes straight from the heart of the artist.  It's creation at its finest.  I hope you enjoy!  (read more)
